The Chadotel loyalty card:
This card is to reward you for returning to Chadotel to book your next holiday/holidays.
If you would like to receive such gifts and discounts on your holidays, just ask for the card at the reception of your Chadotel campsite. With the card you can enjoy these advantages by adding up your stamps each time you holiday with us.
Terms of the Chadotel loyalty card
Every member must accept and be aware of the terms.
The card is nominative so it contains the name and the customer reference number. It cannot be lent or given to someone else and has to be under the name of an individual person (over 18 years old).
Mobile home owners, work councils, agencies and tour operators are not entitled to the card. The card is available at the booking centre and in the Chadotel campsites (with the exception of Camping - La Pomme de Pin).
For every holiday directly booked with our Central booking office, the client will have a stamp on his card (i.e. 1holiday = 1 stamp). Once the holiday has been fully paid for he/she can ask at the reception of the campsite to write the points total. The points depend on the price of the stay (1 point = 1 €). Booking fees, tourist tax or other discounts are not included.
The fidelity card entitles the customer to:
1 Chadotel present after the 2,3,5,7 and 9 stamps
5% of 1st, 2nd and 3rd squares added, deductible of the 4th
10% of the 5th square deductible of the 6th
15% of the 7th square deductible of the 8th
To celebrate the 10th holiday: A free holiday is offered in one of our Chadotel campsites (with the exception of July and August and depending on availabilities).
Chadotel is free to stop and cancel the fidelity card program without any notice or conditions.
Under the "Data protection Act" of the 6th of January 1978, people are free to modify, correct or cancel any information about themselves and to stop all of the promotional information being sent. To do so, they can write at any time to Chadotel-BP 85520 Jard sur Mer. General Conditions are under French regulations. Any litigation will be solved in front of a competent court if no solution is reached amicably.
