Perhaps you found the night a little hectic, with all that growing excitement. Nothing unusual, believe us. But you'll need to be in good shape and get up early.
Head for Les Sables-d'Olonne and La Lande aerodrome for a parachute jump.
Don't panic, you won't be the only one jumping with your parachute.
Cap Adrenaline offers tandem jumps with parachutes capable of supporting your weight and that of your instructor.

Jump sequence :
When you arrive on the tarmac of theLa Lande aerodromeyou will be taken care of directly.
The morning begins with a briefing on the jump sequencethe positions you will have to adopt, as well as on the safety instructions.
The serious stuff will start to happen when you don your suit and harness.
Then it's time to board the plane.
During a 15-minute ride in the airyou'll enjoy the sumptuous landscapes of the Vendée like you've never seen them before.
Try to make the most of it, and don't think too much about the jump that awaits you.
In the plane, the adrenaline starts to pump, your heart races, your hands are clammy and your breathing becomes jerky. You've barely had time to say "phew" before...
it's time to take to the skies.
50 seconds of freefall at 200 km/h, everything blends together in your mind.
Then the parachute opens, you come to your senses and can finally admire the view which rises beneath your feet for the remaining 5 minutes.
