Can I make a group reservation?

Yes, of course! For all group reservation requests, please contact our reservations department directly by email at : info@chadotel.com

What methods of payment are accepted by Chadotel?

At Chadotel, you can choose from a number of payment methods to pay for your stay in complete security:

- By credit card
Payment is secure:
via the link you received by e-mail when you confirmed your option or booking,
or by calling our reservations office.
As soon as your payment has been validated, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
By bank transfer
Bank details can be found at the bottom of the holiday voucher or pro-forma invoice attached to the e-mail confirming your option or booking.
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as we receive your transfer.

- By cheque
To be sent by post to the following address

Cheques must be made payable to the campsite booked.
This method of payment is accepted up to 15 days before the start of the holiday, and the cheque must reach us before the expiry date of the booking option.
A confirmation email will be sent to you on receipt.

- By Chèques-Vacances (ANCV paper)
To be sent by post with acknowledgement of receipt to the same address as above.
Valid up to 15 days before arrival, and must be sent to us before the expiry date of the booking option.
A confirmation email will be sent to you on receipt.

- By Chèques-Vacances Connect
Directly online when booking,
or by telephone (for payment of the balance only), following the instructions on the ANCV mobile application.
You can choose the amount to be used; if necessary, you will be asked to pay a supplement by credit card.

- Cadhoc and Bimpli cheques
To be sent by post with acknowledgement of receipt to the same address as above.
Valid up to 15 days before arrival, and must be sent to us before the expiry date of the booking option.
A confirmation email will be sent to you on receipt.

When can I pay for my holiday?

- For rentals, the balance must be paid no later than 1 month before your arrival.
- For a pitch, payment must be made on the day of your arrival, directly at the campsite reception.
If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the total cost of your stay must be paid at the time of booking (accommodation only).

Are the campsites VACAF approved?

Only La Trévillière campsite in Brétignolles sur Mer (85) is VACAF approved. Reservations can only be made by telephone or by post with your benefit number and a deposit.

Can I change my stay?

Yes, of course! All requests for changes must be made in writing, either :
- by email to info@chadotel.com
- by post to our reservations department

Changes are subject to availability. Our team will do its utmost to meet your requirements and adapt your stay to your needs.

How do I cancel my holiday?

Cancellations must be made in writing only, by contacting our reservations office by email at info@chadotel.com or by post.
We strongly recommend that you take out our holiday cancellation and interruption insurance, offered at the time of booking. It is valid from the day of booking until the end of your stay, at a fixed rate of 3 % of the total amount (non-changeable).

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

In the event of cancellation :

- If you have taken out
Your cancellation request has been registered.
Our booking office will send you the insurance details so that you can make your own claim for reimbursement.

- If you have not taken out insurance
More than one month before the date of arrival: we will offer you a credit note valid for a future stay.
Less than one month before the arrival date: no refund or credit note will be issued.

- Unused benefits
If your stay is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure), you will not be entitled to any refund.
Unless you have taken out our holiday cancellation and interruption insurance: in this case, you are subject to the general terms and conditions of the insurance.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

Yes, when you book on our website you can select the 'Choice of pitch' option.
Available spaces are marked in green.
There is a charge for this option.
If your chosen pitch is not available, our camping team will contact you to offer you an alternative.

How many people are allowed on a pitch and/or mobile home?

- Sleeps 6, pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes.
- 1 to 10 people (depending on the type of accommodation) in rental accommodation.
However, in both cases, the number of people may not be exceeded. A baby counts as one person. You must provide us with the surname, first name and date of birth of each occupant.

Are minors accepted?

For reasons of safety and tranquillity, minors who are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardians will not be admitted to our campsites.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, at Chadotel your pets are welcome, with a limit of one per accommodation or pitch, except in our Méditerranée and Villa ranges where pets are not allowed.
You can bring your pet with you for a daily fee, payable at the time of booking.

A few rules to follow:
- Pets must be kept on a lead at all times,
- They must be up-to-date with their vaccinations,
- Vaccination against rabies is not compulsory,
- It is forbidden to leave an animal unattended, whether in accommodation, in a car or on a pitch,

Category 1 and 2 dogs (known as "dangerous") are not allowed on our campsites by ministerial decree.

What are the arrival and departure times?

For rent :
Arrivals are from 4pm to 6pm (off-season) and from 4pm to 7pm (in July and August).
Departures between 7 and 10 a.m.

Location:
Arrival: from midday, 2 p.m. for pitches with individual sanitary facilities
Departure: before noon.
Please note our opening times in low season.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, of course! If you plan to arrive after reception has closed, please contact the relevant campsite directly as soon as possible to arrange your arrival.

When you make your booking, please specify this in the comments, and don't forget to include the number plate of your vehicle, which is essential for access to the automatic barrier.

An envelope with your name on it will be provided: it will contain a map of the campsite and the key to your accommodation, so that you can arrive safely, even late.

Will I have to pay a deposit for my stay?

For rentals, a deposit of €250 will be required:
- by credit card via your customer area,
- or directly at the campsite reception.

A deposit may be required for pitches, depending on the services:
- 100 € for a pitch with private sanitary facilities,
- 20 € at certain campsites for the gate access badge,
- as well as fridge hire and adaptor loans.

This deposit guarantees the preservation of the equipment and materials made available to you.
The full deposit will be returned to you within 3 days of your departure, provided that the pitch or accommodation is left clean and in good condition.

Deductions may be made in the event of :
- damage observed,
- unpaid benefits,
- loss of the keys or badge provided on arrival.

Can I set up a tent next to my rental property?

To preserve everyone's comfort and space, setting up a tent next to a rental accommodation (mobile home, chalet, lodge) is not authorised at our Chadotel campsites.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included in the price?

Cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in the price of your accommodation.

When you leave, we ask you to :
- thoroughly clean your accommodation and terrace,
- empty the fridge,
- emptying and taking out the bins,
- wash the dishes and store them in the cupboards provided,
- remove disposable mattress covers and protectors from beds,
- clean the griddle according to the instructions (if present),
- lock your accommodation and return the key to reception.

If cleaning is not carried out, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the deposit.
For your convenience, a cleaning package is available, to be arranged with reception on arrival, subject to availability.

Indicative cleaning rates:
- Villa / Gîte: €250
- Mobile home Baltic 2 bathrooms / Quatro / Mediterranean: €200
- Baltic mobile home: €160
- Mobil-home Caraïbes / Hélios: €140
- Adriatic mobile home: €120
- Lodge: €100 - Individual sanitary facilities: €60

What are the conditions of access to the pool?

Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for campsite guests. Wristbands must be worn to use the pool area.

In accordance with the house rules, swimming trunks must be worn. Shorts, Bermuda shorts, swimming dresses or other clothing are not permitted in the pool.

Are barbecues permitted?

For your safety and everyone's comfort, barbecues and electric planchas are banned at all our campsites, except Les Iles, where they are permitted.

Charcoal barbecues are only allowed on certain sites.

In addition, several Chadotel campsites have communal barbecue areas, where you can enjoy a convivial moment in complete safety.

For your convenience, we also offer gas or charcoal barbecues for hire, to be booked directly on site (except at Les Écureuils campsite).

Is there Wi-Fi Fibre access?

Yes, everywhere in our Chadotel campsites!

Wi-Fi connection is free for all guests booking directly via Chadotel.

For others, pay-as-you-go options are available, with preferential rates thanks to the Privilege Member card.

Don't hesitate to ask for your access codes at reception when you arrive!
