Holidays often take a long time to plan, and life sometimes throws up unexpected surprises. To book with peace of mind, Chadotel offers the Flex Rate, a pricing option that gives you more freedom.
What is the Flex Tariff?
The Flex Tariff is a specific pricing condition, offered exclusively when booking on the chadotel.com website. Slightly higher than the standard tariff, it gives you access to more flexible modification and cancellation conditions.
Modify your reservation without any fees
A change of program?
With the Flex Rate, you can modify your reservation without any modification fees, subject to Chadotel’s availability. For example, you can change the dates of your stay or the accommodation category chosen. If the modification increases the price of the stay, you simply pay the difference. If it lowers it, the Flex Rate conditions remain unchanged.
Cancel up to 45 days before arrival
You can cancel your reservation up to 45 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date, without having to justify your decision. In this case, Chadotel will refund you 100 % of the amounts paid for the stay, excluding the processing fees.
The cancellation request must be made in writing to Chadotel before the end of this deadline. The date of receipt of your request is conclusive.

After this deadline, the conditions of the Flex Tariff no longer apply and Chadotel will not make any refunds.
Flex tariff and cancellation insurance: two different things
The Flex Tariff is not an insurance and cannot be equated with a cancellation insurance guarantee. It is independent of the cancellation insurance contract that you might take out.
