We do our utmost to ensure that your stay at one of our many campsites is a success, one where you will be able to relax and enjoy your holiday in a serene and safe environment.

Our commitments​ :

  • Accommodation that complies with the new sanitary requirements
  • Reinforced upkeep of common areas (sanitary facilities, reception, etc.).
  • Uninterrupted and secure access to aquatic areas and playgrounds
  • Bar and restaurant services open in accordance with the current regulations.
  • A preference to outdoor entertainment (evening) with reduced audience numbers.
  • Team members even more committed to making your stay a worry-free successful one.

Information

We are delighted to welcome you to our campsite this summer.

To ensure your freedom throughout your holiday, and following recent government announcements, all adults over 18 must present “pass sanitaire”, once, on arrival at the campsite.

It may be in digital or paper format.

This pass allows you access to all of the campsite’s facilities and activities throughout the duration of your stay.

If you live outside of France:

Non-vaccinated people (fully vaccinated), must present a negative PCR test or antigen test carried out less than 72 hours before departure.

Non-vaccinated people travelling from the United Kingdom, Portugal, Cyprus, Netherlands and Greece, must carry out a test less than 24 hours before departure.

To ensure we all enjoy this summer holiday together, please be careful and continue to carry out preventative measures.

Don’t hesitate to go on national government website to check conditions from your country.

The health pass can be in digital or paper format and is proof of :

  1. Full vaccination :
    • 1 week after the 2nd injection for 2 shot vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca)
    • 4 weeks after the injection for single shot vaccines (Johnson & Johnson de Janssen)
    • 2 weeks after the injection for people who have been infected by Covid (single injection)
  2. Negative RT-PCR or antigen test result taken within 48h

  3. or a document (positive RT-PCR) dated more 11 days ago and less than last 6 months proving you have recently recovered from Covid-19.

Pool area

  • We remind you that the treatment of swimming pool water with an authorised disinfectant solution which complies with physical, chemical and microbiological standards is very effective against all germs and viruses, but does not prevent the need to follow behavioral protocols.
  • A hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the entrance to the swimming pool.
  • Keeping a distance of 1 metre at the swimming pool entrance, in the shoe removal area and/or the toilet or shower areas.
  • No crossing paths, outgoing guests have priority over incoming guests who must wait for the passage to be cleared.
  • Hygiene protocol and distancing guideline signs, in addition to the pool area regulations are on display.
  • Maintaining distance and respecting the ground signage in waiting areas and common spaces (such as sanitary blocks and pool slides).
  • Toilet and shower area door handles, shared objects and slide areas are regularly disinfected and electric hand dryers are put out of service.
  • One out of two urinals or collective showers will be closed.
  • The bathers in and out of the water must follow hygiene guidelines (sneeze, cough into their elbow …).
  • Deckchairs are placed at a safe distance apart and are regularly disinfected. A disinfection sprayer is at your disposal. Use of one’s own bath towel is obligatory on the sunbeds.
  • With the exception of swimming trunks, goggles, armbands and clothing (and books or magazines), all material is forbidden (buoys, balls,…).
  • People showing signs of respiratory and viral infections may be refused access.

 

Common sanitary facilities

  • Access is reserved for families staying on camping pitches only.
  • A hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the entrance to the sanitary facilities.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory .
  • No crossing paths, outgoing guests have priority over incoming guests who must wait for the passage to be cleared.
  • Certain equipment may be out of service (washbasin, laundry tub, dishwashing sink, urinals), in order to respect the recommended distance (1 out of 2).
  • Additional disinfection rounds are planned during the day.

 

The rental accommodation

  • Each customer is invited to come with his own towels and bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows); failing this, a duvet and pillows are provided….(bed linen kits are available to hire).
  • Linen kits for hire are wrapped in a plastic film.
  • A minimum time of 4 hours (up to one day) is maintained between the departure and the arrival of the new guest…
  • The Chadotel staff:
    • Prepare their cleaning products, use hand sanitiser, clean the rental accommodation alone, and use safety gloves and disinfectant.
    • Before entering the rental unit, they wear a mask.
    • Start by opening all the windows to air the accommodation (living room/bedrooms).
    • Clean door handles, switches, remote control, taps, tables and worktops and any accessories that may have been in contact with hands with particular care.

 

The reception desk

  • Hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the reception entrance.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory ​.
  • A waiting line direction is indicated to avoid any crossing. Exiting customers have priority over incoming customers who must wait for the passage to be cleared.
  • Access to the reception area is only possible for one person at a time if the distance of 1 metre cannot be kept, so please wait for guests to leave before entering.
  • Multi-contact areas are regularly disinfected.
  • Receptionists wear masks, face shields and wash their hands or use hand sanitiser regularly.
  • The reception desk is equipped with Plexiglas protection.

 

The bar area

  • A hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the entrance to the Bar.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory ​.
  • Hygiene protocol and distancing guideline signs, in addition to the bar area regulations are on display.
  • Tables and countertops are regularly disinfected.
  • A distance of 1 metre is respected between 2 tables.
  • There are markers on the floor to help everyone maintain a safe distance.
  • Waiters in the dining area wear a mask and wash their hands or use a hand sanitiser on a regular basis.
  • At the counter, the bartender is equipped with a mask or visor if necessary and distance lines are marked out for customers.
  • Contactless card payments are preferred.
  • People with signs of respiratory illness and/or obvious viral infections may be denied access.

 

Play area

  • Hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the playground entrance.
  • Hygiene protocol and social distancing signage, in addition to the play area regulations are on display.
  • The use of a mask is required if the distance of 1 metre cannot be observed.
  • Multiple contact areas in the playgrounds are regularly disinfected.
  • Access may temporarily be closed if the rules are not respected.
  • People with signs of respiratory illness and/or obvious viral infections may be refused access.

 

Fitness area

  • Hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the entrance to the fitness room.
  • Hygiene protocol and social distancing signage, in addition to the fitness area regulations are on display.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory ​.
  • The main contact surfaces of the sports equipment are regularly disinfected.
  • Access may temporarily be closed if the rules are not respected.
  • People showing signs of respiratory and obvious viral infections may be refused access.

 

Laundry

  • Hand sanitiser is at your disposal at the laundry entrance.
  • Hygiene protocol and social distancing signage, in addition to the laundry guidelines are on display.
  • The use of a mask is mandatory ​.
  • The main contact surfaces of washing machines and dryers are regularly disinfected.
  • Access to the laundry area is only possible for one person at a time if the 1 metre distance cannot be respected, so please wait until the users exit before entering.
  • Please do not wait in the laundry room for the end of the cycle, but outside so as not to disturb other users.
