We do not accept booking options. Your reservation is confirmed when your first deposit has been received. The down payment is 30 % of the amount of your stay + booking fees + cancellation insurance (optional).
Should it happen that we no longer have availability after receiving your reservation by post, we will propose an alternative offer in return by telephone or letter.
Settling a payment ?
Your booking is firmed once your deposit has been processed. The balance must be paid 1 month prior to your arrival for rented holiday accomodation and the day of arrival for a tent/caravan/campervan pitch. If you book rented accomodation within 30 days of your arrival you will have to pay the full amount at the time of booking.
A booking can only be changed after we received a written notification has been received (letter or e-mail) from you. Booking changes are subject to availability and in accordance with central booking office terms and conditions.
The simplest way to book is with your credit card (by telephone, or by internet www.chadotel.com) We also except payment by cash, bank transfer or international money order.
Puis-je bénéficier de VACAF ?
Seul le camping La Trévillière à Brétignolles sur Mer (85) est agréé VACAF. La réservation est possible uniquement par téléphone ou courrier avec votre numéro d’allocataire et d’un versement d’arrhes.
Cancellation insurance ?
We recommend that you opt for cancellation insurance policy. Cover begins from the moment you reserve your stay to the day you leave our campsite. Once all the relevant claim details have been received, you will be refunded within 48 hours. The insurance policy costs 3% of the total price of your stay.
Particular Pitch/rental ?
Please note that we cannot garantee you to reserve a particular pitch or rental in advance, even if we try to respond as much as possible.
How many people are permitted on a pitch and/or mobile home ?
- 6 people on a pitch for a tent, caravan or camper.
- 1-10 people in rental / mobile home (depending on its category and capacity)
You must notify us of the names and dates of birth of each member of your party (including children and babies)
Les mineurs sont-ils acceptés ?
Les mineurs de plus de 16 ans sont acceptés dans les campings uniquement si les parents ou tuteurs légaux sont situés à 30 minutes du camping. Le mineur doit-être muni d’une autorisation parentale.
We accept one pet -20kg per pitch ( additional daily fee). Category 1 (attack) dogs and category 2 (guard) dogs are forbidden by law to be allowed in our holiday parks. Please remember to present pet’s passport on arrival (all pets must be vaccinated and chipped).
Swimming pools ?
The swimming pool is reserved for our camping clients only. Only swimsuits can be worn in our swimming pools ; bermuda shorts are strictly forbidden. Users must also wear a security swimming bracelet.
Electric barbecues are not allowed in any of our holiday parks (except campsite Les Iles). Charcoal barbecues are allowed in certain campsites and gas barbecues are available to hire at the reception.
Wifi connexion ?
Wifi coverage is available on all our camping sites (additional fee except for members of the Chadotel Privilege Card). Ask for your personal code at reception.
Arrivals and departures ?
Mobile home rentals :
Arrivals are from 3pm to 6pm (Low Season) and from 4pm to 8pm (July-August)
Departures are between 7am and 10am
Arrivals from 12pm-6pm (Low Season) and from 12pm to 8pm (July-August)
Departures are before 12 midday

Dois-je faire le ménage de mon locatif en fin de séjour ?
Le ménage est toujours à la charge du client.
Il est néanmoins possible de souscrire à un forfait ménage de 80€ (lodge, mh/chalet Adriatique, mh caraïbes) et 130€ (mh blatique, chalet alizé, mh quatro, mh méditerranée vip).
